Painted Lawn Stars
This patriotic display will leave your whole neighborhood requesting an invite to your next holiday party. To create this look, simply find a large piece of cardboard, cut out the desired sized star, and use construction marking paint in red, white and blue to create an array of stars in your front or back yard! Chip Dip Decor Galore
Use food coloring, cracker crumbs and star cookie cutters to create intricate designs on your favorite chip dip! We are going to try this with our Buffalo Chicken Dip this year! Simply, crush up the crackers into sugar sized pieces, add your dye and allow it to dry. Then, fill in your cookie cutters to as desired. For sweet dips, apply the same technique using sugar sprinkles.
A Touch of Bandana
Red, white and blue bandanas can be found at your local craft store for around a dollar a piece, making these little country fabrics adorable and affordable. They can be used to wrap silverware, to line baskets for chips and other snacks, or as napkins for your guests. Original Post: Too Much Time
Tissue Paper Pom Poms
Recreate this look from Pier 1 Imports by attaching red, white and blue paper lanterns or tissue pom poms (available at select Michaels and Hobby Lobby) to preexisting trees or patio furniture.

This yummy salad features crisp romaine, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese and fresh blueberries. Poppyseed dressing perfectly accompanies this salad’s sweet side. Additionally, we advise offering a variety of different dressings, such as a creamy ranch or a classic caesar, to appease all your guests’ taste buds. Original Post: This Is What I Eat
