Yes. Prior to scheduling a private tasting, you will collaborate with an experienced event coordinator to discuss the details of your event and come up with a proposed wedding menu. From there, you and your event coordinator will schedule a private tasting that reflects this menu proposal. These tastings are typically held Monday-Saturday 9am-1pm at our event center, RSVP Event Center located at 453 Wards Corner Rd. Loveland, OH 45140. We welcome up to four people to attend the tasting. The cost is $25 per person, however, should you book with us, we will put this cost towards your final catering invoice.
We also host two semiannual open house tastings events, also known as a group tasting. Typically, open house tastings take place in January/February or July/August on a Saturday between 11am – 1pm. The group tasting events are complimentary and we welcome up to 4 people to attend. At these events, we offer a wide variety of our most popular hors d’oeuvres, entrees, accompaniments, and mini buffet stations. Most events require a $1000 nonrefundable deposit to secure the date. The deposit amount will be applied to your final catering invoice.

Your final guest count is due 1 week prior to your event. After this date, you may increase your count slightly if needed, however, you may not lower the count.

Please start by reviewing our wedding menus which are available under the “Menu” tab on our website. From there, please call our office at 513-965-0511 for a brief consultation with one of our experienced event coordinators. After your consultation, your event coordinator will send you a catering quote via email. After reviewing the quote, you may decide to move forward with a menu tasting which will help to determine if you’d like to use our services for your wedding. The final step is to put down a $1000 deposit to secure the date.

Renting a tent with tables and chairs for guests. Renting tables for food, drinks, dessert, gifts, memory items, etc. A separate catering tent with tables and lights might be needed for large events.
