Princess Tea Party to Benefit Charity at RSVP Event Center
On Mother’s Day weekend, RSVP Event Center held a Princess Tea Party to benefit Kindervelt #76 in Terrace Park. The event was very well-attended – mothers, grandmothers and aunts were delighted to dress up with their little girls for an afternoon of tea, punch, fruit salad, tea sandwiches and (of course!) mini desserts, handmade by the chefs of Village Pantry Catering.
Live entertainment was provided by The Picture Party Place. Their characters, “The Snow Sisters”, Belle and Cinderella sang favorites from the movies, Frozen, Cinderella and Beauty and the Beast.
The kids were mesmerized by the performers – they looked so much like the characters from the movies!
The performance included an audience-participation sing-a-long to the ballad, “Let it Go” from Frozen. The kids even had an opportunity to pose with the princesses for pictures. Carol, the owner and professional photographer from The Picture Party Place also took some pictures of the event.
RSVP donated $540 of the proceeds to Kindervelt #76, which benefits Children’s hospital. We’re looking forward to another successful event next year to celebrate Moms and benefit charity.
